The Batch Collective is founder-led, but the thinking is deliberately collaborative. The best answers rarely come from one perspective alone.

I start with the real question.
The stated brief is not always the underlying problem. I invest time in understanding the business, the context and what is actually getting in the way.

I listen openly and challenge constructively.
I create the trust needed for people to speak freely, then use evidence, context and judgement to identify patterns, test assumptions and say what needs to be said, without unnecessary theatre.‍ ‍

I connect strategy with operational reality.
Recommendations must work beyond the presentation. I consider the people, structures, incentives, systems and behaviours required to make them happen.

I adapt the engagement to the need.
The answer may be an intensive review, a defined project, an ongoing advisory relationship or direct support to the leadership team.

I stay close to the work.
Clients engage me, not a junior consulting team. I remain personally involved from diagnosis through to recommendation and implementation.
